3. Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy.
4. Email Communications
By creating an account, you may receive transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts). If you opt in, you'll receive property alert emails based on your saved searches. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records, which are retained for 7 years).
